These terms are an agreement between Projects ("we", "us") and the organisation that uses Projects ("you"). By creating an organisation or using Projects, you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you may do so.
Projects helps teams run projects: tasks, time, scheduling, email, proposals, invoices and related features. We may improve and change features over time. We will not remove a core feature you pay for without reasonable notice.
Your organisation owns the information it puts into Projects. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide, secure and support the service, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export your data while your account is active.
Do not use Projects to break the law, send spam, upload harmful code, try to reach other organisations' data, overload the service, or resell it without our written permission.
A trial lasts for the period shown when you sign up. At the end of it, choose a plan to keep using Projects.
Projects can connect to services such as Google, Microsoft, Stripe and AI providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
We work to keep Projects available and to back up data, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable. After an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy policy.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies. Continuing to use Projects after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
