Getting started

Signing in. Your team signs in at your organisation's own address, for example yourcompany.pm.jobtask.ca. If you are not sure of the address, ask your administrator or sign in on the main page and choose your organisation.

Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. We email a link that works for one hour.

Verify your email. After signing up we email you a link. Open it to confirm your address; until then you cannot sign in. Nothing arrived? Check your spam folder, or try signing in and choose Send the link again.

Google or Microsoft sign-in. These buttons appear when your organisation has set them up. If you see a message that your account is not a member, ask your administrator to invite you.

Inviting your team

Administrators invite people from Settings → Members. Each person gets an email to join; they choose their own password or use Google or Microsoft if your organisation has set it up.

Common questions

I was invited but the link expired. Ask your administrator to send a new invitation.

I can't see a project. Your role may only show projects you are on. Ask the project lead or an administrator to add you.

Emails are not arriving. Check your spam folder, and ask your administrator to check Settings → Mailboxes.
